These terms apply when you use this website or order a subscription or free trial from Monster IPTV (“we”, “us”). By ordering, you agree to them.
Plans and prices
Plans are sold by length (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and by the number of devices that may stream at the same time (1 to 5). Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and are the total for the plan length. The price confirmed by support in chat when you order is the price that applies.
Ordering and activation
Orders are placed through WhatsApp or Telegram. Your plan starts when it is activated and runs for the length you ordered. Payment methods, activation timing and renewal are confirmed in chat.
Free trial
A free trial may be offered so you can check the service on your own device and connection. Its length and conditions are confirmed by support when you request it.
Your account and device limit
- Your login details are for your household's use only. Don't share or resell them.
- Streams on more devices at the same time than your plan allows may not play.
- You are responsible for your own devices, apps and internet connection.
Lawful use
Laws on streaming differ between countries. You are responsible for making sure your use of the service is lawful where you live.
Service availability
The channel lineup and on-demand library change over time. Picture quality and playback depend on content sources, your device, the player app and your connection. We don't guarantee that any particular channel, event or quality level will be available, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Third-party apps and services
Player apps, WhatsApp and Telegram are provided by independent third parties under their own terms. We aren't responsible for them.
Refunds
Ask support about refunds before ordering. Any refund terms confirmed to you in chat apply to your order.

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed. See also our privacy policy.
